Prepare your game.

Install your legally owned classic GTA San Andreas for PC and check that it launches. SA-MP compatibility requires the supported classic game executable, typically version 1.0 US. Check the client’s official documentation for your edition before making changes.

We do not provide game downloads or game files.

02

Set up your multiplayer client.

The open.mp launcher supports both open.mp and SA-MP servers. Get it from the official source and follow its installation instructions, pointing it to your GTA San Andreas folder.

If you already use SA-MP, keep in mind that Summit’s exact supported client versions are still awaiting confirmation. This guide does not guarantee compatibility with every version.

Add Summit to your favorites.

Open your multiplayer client and look for Favorites, then Add Server (the wording may vary by client). Paste summitrp.ddns.net:7777. If the client has separate fields, enter summitrp.ddns.net as the host and 7777 as the port.

Save the entry, select it, set your player nickname, and choose Connect when the server is available.

Having trouble connecting?

Double-check the hostname and port, your game path, and your client version. This website does not check server availability. A failed connection alone does not confirm a problem with your setup. Consult the official client help for installation troubleshooting.
